RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Aura Crystal Jewelry purchase. If your order is not quite right, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions below.

Returns

We accept return requests submitted within 21 calendar days from the date the order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging
• Free from damage, alterations, perfume, cosmetics, or other signs of wear
• Accompanied by the order number or other proof of purchase

Please do not send any item back before receiving return authorization and shipping instructions from us. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Authorization and Shipping Label

Once your return request has been approved, we will email you a return shipping label together with packing and shipping instructions. The return address will be provided directly on the shipping label and does not need to be entered manually.

The return package must be shipped within 7 calendar days after the shipping label is issued. If the package is not shipped within this period, the label may expire and the return authorization may be canceled.

For standard returns, the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund. We will inform you of the label cost before the return is processed.

If the return is required because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Aura Crystal Jewelry will provide the return shipping label at no cost to you.

The item must be packed securely and shipped using the label provided by us. Returns sent without authorization, without the provided shipping label, or to a different address may not be accepted.

Please retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until your return and refund have been completed.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
• Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
• Gift cards
• Items clearly marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
• Items that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without their original packaging or proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at [CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL] within 48 hours of delivery whenever possible.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging if the package was damaged

We will review the information and offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or a full or partial refund.

If the return is required because of our error or a confirmed defect, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Handmade Variations

Our jewelry is handcrafted, and many pieces feature handmade glass beads and individually selected decorative elements.

Slight variations in color, shape, size, texture, pattern, and arrangement are part of the handcrafted character of our jewelry and are not normally considered defects.

These natural variations do not prevent an otherwise eligible item from being returned under this policy.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us at infoauracrystaljewelry@gmail.com within 21 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

Once the exchange request has been approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. For a standard exchange, the cost of the return shipping label and any applicable shipping cost for the replacement item will be the customer’s responsibility.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

If the exchange is required because the original item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Aura Crystal Jewelry will cover the return shipping and replacement shipping costs.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

An order may be canceled for a full refund before it has been shipped or, in the case of a customized or made-to-order item, before production has begun.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must be returned in accordance with this policy.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you and offer you the choice of accepting the delay or canceling the order for a full refund.

Refund Inspection

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Aura Crystal Jewelry reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in this policy. This includes items that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, exposure to perfume or cosmetics, or items returned without their original packaging.

If a return is not approved, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Refund Method and Timing

If your return is approved, the refund will normally be initiated within 5 business days after the inspection has been completed.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

Orders paid by bank transfer will normally be refunded by bank transfer to the account from which the original payment was received. We may request additional information to verify the account holder before issuing the refund.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. Bank and payment-provider processing times are outside our control.

Refund Amount

For an approved standard return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned merchandise, less the cost of the return shipping label.

The following amounts are not normally refundable:

• Original shipping charges paid by the customer
• The cost of the return shipping label
• Customs duties and import taxes paid directly to customs authorities or carriers
• Brokerage or handling charges imposed by third parties
• Bank transfer or currency conversion fees charged by banks or other third parties

These deductions do not apply when the return is caused by an incorrect, damaged, or defective item supplied by Aura Crystal Jewelry, or where a full refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Refused, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and for monitoring the tracking information provided for their order.

If a package is returned to us because it was refused, left unclaimed, could not be delivered, or contained an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact the customer after receiving and inspecting the returned package.

Any approved refund will be issued only after the package has been returned to us. Original shipping costs, return shipping charges, carrier fees, and other costs caused by the failed delivery may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Packages refused because of unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or carrier charges may also be treated as unclaimed returns. Any costs charged to Aura Crystal Jewelry for returning the package may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
